Ivar Aasen had a variety of different haircuts during his lifetime. He reached fame as a talented philologist, lexicographer, linguist, translator, writer, botanist, poet and Bible translator. However, the Norwegian linguist and poet, dubbed the father of Nynorsk was specially known for his unusual public appearances and his livable personality.
